The PHG Foundation The PHG Foundation is a non-profit think tank and a linked exempt charity of the University of Cambridge that focuses on how genomics and other health technologies can provide more effective and personalised healthcare, and deliver improvements in health for patients and citizens. It helps governments, policy makers and health professionals tackle barriers to progress and implement strategic change within health systems. The WYNG Foundation has facilitated and encouraged collaboration between the University of Hong Kong’s Centre for Medical Ethics and Law, the University of Cambridge’s Centre for Law, Medicine, and Life Sciences and McGill University’s Centre of Genomics and Policy on research related to medical ethics and law.
