In an era of rapid scientific advances and changing attitudes towards health, medical care, family structures and related issues, the Centre advances research and teaching on legal and ethical challenges at the forefront of medicine and life sciences. The WYNG Foundation has been supporting the Centre’s research on medical ethics and law, and encouraging the collaboration between the Centre, the University of Hong Kong’s Centre for Medical Ethics and Law, McGill University’s Centre of Genomics and Policy, and PHG Foundation.
