The School of Public Health provides a platform for collaboration between the government and non-government sectors to help improve health through education and training, research and practice in public health. It works with both local, regional and international partners.The WYNG Foundation is supporting the School to enrich and replenish its Family cohort, and to conduct two research: a) “Trailblazer”; and b) “Hong Kong Youth Barometer”. “Trailblazer” aims to understand the impacts of country parks on well-being of people in Hong Kong. Findings of phase 1 research is available here. Hong Kong Youth Barometer aims to understand the well-being of youth and young adults in Hong Kong (especially the mental health aspect).
